alohaai LLC – Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective Date: November 2025

alohaai LLC (“alohaai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is providing an early access educational service to be used as highlighted below. These Terms of Service explain appropriate usage for our pilot classroom translation platform (“Bridge Translation”).

1. Pilot Purpose and Duration

Bridge Translation is provided as a limited 4–8 week pilot program for approved schools to evaluate functionality, effectiveness, and classroom usability. Each school will begin with 3–5 teachers and may expand as capacity allows.

2. Account Access

Authorized teachers will receive individualized access codes tied to their school or district. Users must maintain the confidentiality of these credentials. Unauthorized access, sharing, or distribution is prohibited.

Users agree to use Bridge Translation solely for educational purposes. Prohibited activities include:

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to operate the platform in compliance with school policies and applicable privacy laws, ensure student use occurs under supervision, and promptly report potential security issues to alohaai.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, visuals, design elements, and content within Bridge Translation are owned exclusively by alohaai LLC. Pilot participation grants a limited, temporary right to use the service and does not provide ownership or additional licensing rights.

6. Pilot Limitations

Bridge Translation is in active development. Performance, feature availability, accuracy, and uptime may vary. Features may be added, removed, or modified without notice during the Pilot.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” during the Pilot. To the maximum extent permitted by law, alohaai LLC is not liable for data loss, translation errors, service interruptions, or any indirect or consequential damages.

8. Future Development

New features—including optional transcript storage, analytics, or classroom tools—may be introduced in future releases. Users will be informed of any features requiring additional consent.

9. Feedback and Improvement

Participants may provide feedback or suggestions as part of the Pilot. All feedback becomes the property of alohaai LLC and may be used to improve the product without compensation.

10. Expansion of Access

alohaai may expand or reduce teacher access, add or remove participating schools, or adjust the Pilot structure based on system capacity and district readiness.

11. Termination

alohaai may suspend, modify, or terminate access at any time for misuse, security concerns, or Pilot program requirements. Schools may end participation at any time by discontinuing use.

12. Governing Law

alohaai is registered as an LLC in the state of North Carolina. As such, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
